PKMN Skies - Veli-Pekka

Since so many of my old friends were joining I thought, whatta hell? I got accepted, yay~
Now before you ask, no Ile isn't here since as far as I'm concerned his retired and living happily. That said, I decided to revive an old character for this group since personally I think his more interesting to RP.

Nature: Timid

Personality:
Timid. Mostly in face to face social situations but in phone or the net he's more courageous. Pekka feels rather small and scared in groups so he usually stays quiet. Pekka is most timid during spring when his antlers start to bloom. Mostly because he feels silly about it. That's why he maintains and cuts them regularly to ease his mood. He does have his moments though. His ready to help if someone is in trouble. Sometimes he does that behind their back without credit from his actions. He isn't much for attention. Usually he tries to calm and nice to others. He's a really bad fighter so he avoids all sorts of fighting.

Moveset:

Jump Kick: Pekka uses his strong legs to jump in the air aaand most likely greets a pole or the wall instead of hitting anything.

Double Edge: Like a Jump Kick in a sense that more often than not, Pekka is the one getting hurt.

Charm: This is an ability Pekka isn't aware of having and it's something that causes uncomfortable situations, especially if the receiving end is a guy. He can't control                                                                     this move but it's only activated through direct eye contact.

History:

Veli-Pekka was born in up northern Snowbelle City but lived in the forest, far from the actual city. Closest neighbor to him was 20km away from his house and even those were an old couple. Veli-Pekka lived his young age alone and away from any interaction from other kids of his age. He was mostly surrounded by older people and was taught to be polite but still he gets little nervous around people he doesn't know. Mostly since meeting new faces was rare to him. Every now and then some people of his age did come by for various reasons but it wasn't enough to help him with his timid nature towards new people.

Pekka was mostly fascinated about the world around him, so much so that he started to read books about nearly anything he could. Since the schools were a bit too far away from his home, he was taught by the old couple that lived 25km away from him. This couple happened to be retired professors from schools that had decided to live in peace bit more away from society. This started Pekka's interest in books and whatever the couple or his parents brought up from the city. The couple got a computer when Pekka was about 9 and he got interested in tech.

Next following years came and went like normal with an exception of Pekka going to the city more often to get tech and reading material. He grew to love little gismos and RC vehicles. He just loved building small cars, boats and choppers armed with video cameras, mostly to explore the outside world and nature. Interest in electronics grew towards computers and after learning some coding he actually learned how to hack. In time he learned to hack wireless devices and use this knowledge with his RC vehicles. He does this to his own amusement however and rather doesn't talk about it since it's sort of illegal. Still being a shy boy he does respect other people's privacy. He knows he wouldn't like people paying that close attention to him.

 Though every time he went to the city he felt really uneasy due to the fact that city housed a lot of people, something our still young sawsbuck wasn't too familiar with. His parent's wanted him to finally leave after a year from the old couple's death. So he decided that he should move to a small village first, because of his timid nature and the fear of huge people masses.

Extras:

- Is really messy in his house and doesn't clean his house that much from dust.
- Can speak Finnish and usually does if his really nervous.
- Likes to go in sauna every other day. In winter this is usually followed by jumping in the snow naked for snow bath or ice swimming.
- His mom wants him to get married and pesters Pekka about it
- Sarvivaara is a joke with "sarvi" meaning "antler" and "vaara" meaning "danger".
- His quote "Anna palaa" is one of those Finnish phrases which meaning changes depending the tone you say it. For example it can mean "Go for it!" or literally "Anna is burning!"
- Pekka knows how to build RC vehicles of any sort. His dreaming to make a RC vehicle out of a life sized car.
- Pekka's dad is named Erkki (Ursaring) and mom is called Henna (Sawsbuck).
- Has a long lost big sister who visits from time to time.
- Pekka's mother has taught him how to massage people due to her old job as his father has taught him basic wilderness survival tactics.
- Veli-Pekka is about 180cm (5' 10") tall not counting his antlers.
